can purchase my work. At a later date, I will
get a shopping cart but for now this is the way of doing it. If you have questions not answered here, please

| HOW TO ORDER: |
| If you would like to purchase an item from my shop,
please send me an e-mail to sales@everclay.dk
mentioning the Order No (found by the picture and description of the item)
your payment preference and your location, and I'll get back to you with total price,
including actual shipping costs as soon as possible (normally within 24
hours). |
| PRICES AND PAYMENT: |
Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and US DOLLARS.
Exchange rate - $1.- = DKK 5.- and rounded up. (Please understand
that this is fixed unless rates should change drasticly, in which
case prices will be altered accordingly).
Payment with Paypal (preferred) or Banktransfer only. Paypal e-mail or
bank account, IBAN and SWIFT numbers to be used, will be provided in my confirmation
e-mail. |
| SHIPPING: |
Within 24 hours of receiving your payment (if received on
weekends, I ship Monday) the item will
be shipped by airmail unless other arrangements have been made. NOTE:
Insurance is not included unless asked for.
Items will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe journey and should reach
you in good condition. |
| CUSTOM ORDERS AND OOAK SALES POLICY: |
| Though I welcome custom orders, I sell my work as One Of
A Kind, and I will NOT make a copy of an already sold item. I am, if
possible (depending on availability of materials used), willing to copy
any item in the shop, should you want to purchase two or more of the same.
Anything handmade is not easy to copy, and you will need to accept slight
differences between any two of these items. |
| AVAILABILITY: |

I will try my very best to update this website
immediately after any sales are made. If an item is in "high demand", you
may experience that an item you are interested in, could be sold before
your e-mail reaches me, in which case I will have to disappoint you
(please see my OOAK sales policy above). I sincerely hope this will only
happen on very rare occasions and apologize in advance for the
inconvenience. |
| MODIFICATIONS: |
| The length of necklaces and bracelets are stated in the
description of the item. Should you want this length slightly altered,
please note, that it may not be possible in all cases. A small fee
(depending on time and materials used) will be
added to the price. |
| SETS: |
| Any kind of sets are made as such and will not be split
up and sold separately, But I would be delighted to make a pair of
earrings to match a necklace or a bracelet, or any other matching piece
you could possibly want. If it is possible, that is! (This is depending on
availability of materials used), |
| EXTRAS: |
| Items are sold as seen on the "shelves" if nothing else
is mentioned in the description. If desired, pendants can be fitted with
one of several different cords or chains in the length you want. Eggs,
that are not on a stand already, can be delivered with a simple wire
stand. Just let me know in your order e-mail and I'll send you information
about the extras I've got in stock. A fee, according to materials used,
will be added to the price. |
